Basic Fair Housing Trainings – For Advocates and Service Providers
Trainings will provide an overview of fair housing law, as well as additional details about the fair housing rights of people with disabilities, including reasonable accommodation and modification requests.

Advanced Fair Housing Trainings
Trainings will review the basics of fair housing law and the fair housing rights of people with disabilities, including reasonable accommodation and modification requests. The training will also cover fair housing protections for survivors of domestic violence, as well as fair housing considerations in criminal background screening. Attendees will complete case studies in small groups. Two trainings will be conducted virtually and one training will be in-person.
Trainings will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the following dates. Prior attendance at a basic fair housing training required.
